Streams on Cobblestones

The meandering road of a slightly introverted mind. Normally witty. At turns morbid and cheerful. A little weird. Have fun.

Peacemaker Kurogane 12 - like this ep better - makes more sense. Little Tetsu soooo cute!!! Eating his elder brother's homework seems like exactly what he would do....but ending is soo drama! Oh well, so much for my theory that Suzu and Saya are bro and sis. And what happened to that blond chick featured with Yamanami in the opening? Finally got my grubby hands on the opening single - am blasting it right now, ohohoho~

Looks like Karekano 17 is gonna be out soon - Reiji is in it, so I anticipate more Arima angst.

Work today - moved a lot of books and in the process also met an undergrad who is in the ICM dept now - also saved so many pdf files from a search in the Digital Library that I ran out of space on my zip disk...my holiday homework is to compile the bibliography and decide which files to print out and hand up. Am dragging my feet on the SEA assignment which is like looking for ten types of fishies in the Pacific Ocean and upon finding them, categorise them into family, size and colour...and then mapping out their respective family trees, going back at least three generations...

Monday, December 29

Arghh! Get Backers 22 has giant spiders too! More giant spiders in these two years than in the past twenty-one...maybe the planets are aligning? And I found this on eBay!!! It's better than a plushie because it is big and it is all wobbly like Ginji is, hahah! Unfortunately, the closest I'll get to it is just saving the picture on my hard disk...

Also found Elizabeth Peter's Children of the Storm hardcovers! A pair of little Ramses and Nefret twins!!! Am contemplating if it is worth the trouble, esp since it would cost more in Singapore...

Saturday, December 27

am just back from an absolutely fantabulous cosplay. I think the organisers got it down pat this year - every thing was pretty smooth and very well-thought out....strangely, kept the camera frenzy down to a minimum this year - so I oni took 24 shots...missed out on the Naruto team, how sad....but some really well-made costumes this year.

...managed to restrained myself from buying a totally pointless magnet, specifically a chibi Ginji magnet...but then turned around a bought two art pieces for $14...but they were really good! One is a red pic with a raven-haired Necromancer (lots of red cloth, long black hair and glowing fire) who looks like a woman at first, but upon close scrutiny, you realise it could just as well be a guy...The second pic really reminds me of a very foggy shadowy Niel Gaiman Sandman pic....I won't say it looks pretty, but to me it looks like a picture that I can look at again and again and never tire of it because it is so undefined, I see something different each time...will probably put those up at my desk, and freak out my colleagues, heheh....actually saw a very nice oriental pic, but was too late and the last piece was snapped up - hopefully next year, I guess...

also bought a few Hana to Yume furoku postcards from Koucha Ouji and Hana Kimi - all the pics in their original form, without words or stuff across them....was very tempted by assorted notepads and pencil boards, but then what will I do with them? Some of my friends were delirious with joy upon procuring plushies of their fav characters, me so jealous, but there wasn't a chibi Ginji one so.....the Rock Lee one was cute though, his character design is so simple that the plushie was very easily an accurate one. But aaah, I just got a Rock Lee craze now, very sure will be over soon.

Am very pleased to see more art booths and merchandise stalls at this year's cosplay - looking more and more like a convention. Can also see some very specific art circles establishing a fanbase as well...

Some fav cosplayers I saw - the Neji from Naruto was cool - pretty accurate costume - plus he got contacts so his eyes were super accurate as well...I also like the beaded purple garb of Medusa from Petshop of Horrors. Sephiroth and Cloud were cool - from a distance...Fuuma is pretty nice as well....as was the Sakura Taisen mecha (very well made and probably took a whole lot of effort). My absolute fav has to be Naruto because the cosplayer was very much in-character peforming the usual Naruto antics.

Saw a few parents and even a very elderly grandmother - made me wonder about their reactions to the whole event. But they seemed to be having fun as well - actually turning up to see what activities their children are into to is something that makes me smile.

All in all a very fun event - going for the cosplay always pumps up the adrenaline and I forget I only had strawberry Pocky for lunch, heheh. Next year, must remember to carry a big bag and bring a file for the beautiful artwork...on the other hand, if I do find another character to cosplay, ohohoho~

dreamt of a raggel-taggel group of muscians who later became group of warriors going to a far away mission. Lots of fogs. At one point they pass through a ghost town and whie they were resting/bathing, two of their companions passed away. When a young one saw one their companions walking off with a group of people, he alerted the wise man of the group, who said something like, while reading from a book - "When you pass by here once more, Timeon, do not fear me for I am simply resting, one with the mist in this place..." (the last part I can't be sure if I made it up or it is accurate but the general feeling is there). I remember my perspective is someone who is removing the dust clumps from the inside cover of this cylinder - but the soft brown clumps kept accummulating...the man walked further to the opposite side of the clearing, where there was a wooden lodge, at the terrace, sat the second companion (who looked a hellvua lot like Pippin) who was waiting for him. And the entire group entered the lodge. Other friends were also in this dream - I remember looking for soap because these tiny little traveller's soaps were all used up.

hmmm, Viking undertones you think? The misty atmosphere seemed to come right out of The Thirteenth Warrior, the one Antonio Banderas was in.

Naruto Chp 197 and 198....aiyah, things look bad for Neji...actually they also looked just as bad for Chouji...so I guess it is 50/50 whether they survive....a lot of pro-Naruto PR in these chapters...again, what I like about this manga is that its is not so predictable - just when I expected a continuation onto Kiba's fight - the storyline moves onto Orochimaru - I can't reconcile Orochimaru and a shower stall, arghh! He looks so normal that way...his body looks like it is about to expire, by the way and Kabuto shows off his evilness once more...

ok ok, better go to sleep or I will regret it in six hours...

Friday, December 26

gah! accidentally got pulled into 30-parter FF7 fic - only made it to chp 15 before all the psycho-Cloud angst got to me. Fantastic battlefield description - but the angst! Now I need a really strong funny fic to get rid of the depression, ick!

Thursday, December 25

*sigh* Manga always wins, doesn't it?

In other news, am an absolute slug for Christmas - lazed around reading manga and catching up on PeaceMaker Kurogane (i totally dun get ep 10, though Hijitaka is as droolsome as ever....And isn't that the American national anthem that dread-locked cowboy was mutilating?), Naruto and Get Backers. Saw two Saitou Hajimes - one in Peacemaker and Shido's eyebrow-less impersonation, hahah. *get bricked* And the Ginji hospitalized episode was sooo funny - one of the few series who get an evil entity like Dr Jackal to generate so much comedy. I couldn't believe that in the schizophrenic brothers episode, Ginji was still more afraid of Akabane than the nutcase/s.

Was actually feeling lazy at Friday - but then I remembered that moving onto tomorrow would make the 27th much closer! ^_^ I just know I will transform into a trigger-happy camera psycho the moment I step into Expo...

More crappy dreams, they get more broken up every time, it's hard to remember much.

Tuesday, December 23

Off my usual groove today, although c.f. last month, not as bad as it could be - been raining on and off as well...

Am torn between Pirates of the Carribean dvd, Elizabeth Peters' latest novel - Children of the Storm, and Get Backers manga...decisions decisions. Actually I have reasons for not purchasing them - I just need to convince myself I don't need them - For example: "I don't need them because the cosplay is just four days away and for sure there'll be yummy anime stuff there" As opposed to - "I don't know if my dvd-rom can take a code 1 dvd, there have been some negative reviews for Children of the Storm and while I really really want to know what happens to Ginji and Ban, the manga art is a little...."

Sunday, December 21

Just watched Get Backers ep 29 and 30 - almost got killed by all the plushie cuteness that is Ginji. Is it possible for one character to inspire so much manical huggable-ness?

...is it possible to dream sequels to dreams? - cause I just had a Part 2 to The Heist dream a while ago...I was trying on ridiculously fluffy and b-ribboned dresses to sneak into a formal party, and figuring out if those silken confectionaries allowed free movement for running and climbing. Erk! I think it came from accompanying my parents to go clothes shopping and that pink Bambi character from J.D Robb's Reunion. Although I did dream of one interesting outfit which could change from a tight-waisted gown to a loose frock by tying the same ribbon in a different place.....Adeline catching up on her naps - had two today liao, worried how to get to sleep tonight...

wow, only fifteen minutes ater I woke up and whatever I can remember of my dream evaporated completely...am once again thinking of a dream website/hypertext thing - am considering if I really want to communicate simply because I put in on the internet - what if it is just because I want to admire its cyber-existence? Anyway I think I have enough material to work with for now...still have to shift stuff from brinkster *sigh*

whee!~

Water
You are water. You're not really organic; you're
neither acidic nor basic, yet you're an acid
and a base at the same time. You're strong
willed and opinionated, but relaxed and ready
to flow. So while you often seem worthless,
without you, everything would just not work.
People should definitely drink more of you
every day.

Saw three beautiful things today ^_^

- a pair of dreamy leafy green eyes - attached to a pretty good looking guy asking for directions to Bouna Vista MRT - howver, it turned out he wanted to walk there...from like opposite Yusof Ishak House...well, so much for looks...

- a gorgeous solo voice singing along to a guitar playing the tune of a Christian song outside CFA when I got off work - she sounded so good I asked her which performing group she belonged to so I could go listen...

- a beautiful book whose front cover is printed and embossed with one of the opening pages of the Books of Kells - was so very tempted to buy it - but what would I do with a $33 notebook?! Settled for a $4 sachet of lavender potpourri instead - it had shiny purple and dark pink flower petals and leaves to create volume - a very pretty mixture...

-------------------------------------------------------------

Got caught in a mini human traffic jam between from Taka, through Wisma and to Orchard MRT - almost to a standstill...

Am a bit diappointed to learn that the venue for my secondary school reunion got changed to Suntec - having fought my way home from Taka, am pretty reluctant to go back into town. Also a few close friends couldn't go last minutes cause other stuff cropped up - pity, was looking forward to it. Oh well, I'll just stay warm and cosy, catching up on my manga and anime - not a bad prospect at all, ohohoho~

------------------------------------------------------------

More Rotk thoughts - SPOILERS!!!

-
-
-
-

- Whoa, so it seems that voice is Smeagol's original voice - i thought that rather scratchy tone was due to the ring...

- I admit it. All along, i was thinking it was be Arwen who would go after Aragorn into battle - I was sooo sure that black-cloaked figure would be Arwen - turned out to be her less-than-lovely daddy instead - was so cheesed off, I didn't dare make any more predictions after that...

- one reason why i liked the RotK - whereas in the Matrix, the final battle was about how gigantic Neo and Agent Smith could make their collisions - oh look, an even bigger transparent sphere a la Dragonball...in RotK - if you thought the elves were pretty cool in Helm's Deep - check out the escalating forces in RotK. First huge ranks of Sauron's forces with those mangonels, who were countered Minas Tirith's giant versions of catapults (Despite my dislike of that elephant man orc - his nastiness was quite cool when facing down that giant boulder) When the Nazguls and their dragons in tight underwear attacked, the forces from Rohan arrived - they really mowed down a sizeable chunk of the bad guys. And when the bad guys took out their dino-elephants (Legolas!), Aragorn went "Aha!" and caught them unawares with his undead buddies from the Pirates of the Caribbean. Actually he looked so good leaping over the side of the boat - it almost makes me wish Aragorn was in PotC as well, heheh....

Friday, December 19

ok, needed a night to sleep on it - spoilers for The Return of the King! ^_^
-
-
-
-
-
-
-
For some reason, various scenes in the movie reminded me of other movies.
- Star Wars - Gollum and the later scene with the elephants - and when Sam removed the spider web to see Frodo's pale pale face.
- Pirates of the Caribbean - undead army from ship
- Harry Potter - scary huge scary spider

The scenery is even more breath-taking this time - the beacon scene and the Nazgul attacks used a dizzying array of camera angles to make the movie really exciting. It really made the movie seem very epic - like a fairytale adventure on the screen. Minas Tirith - mondo cool place - noticed how the people in the two cities had different colourings...Fyi, I didn't feel the movie was draggy at all - very good plot movement, so that everything comes together at the end.

I can't put my finger on it - but it seems like the actors have become more comfortable in their roles - or maybe we are too used to them....

Pippin singing - wow. wow. wow. *wants soundtrack*

Thank goodness Gandalf did something with his hair - more wispy rather than that first rebonded look.

Aragorn looking very king-like (i.e. bearded and old), I think he traded in his stud status at the end. But the child scene that Arwen saw is very touching too...

Gimli very funny, and Legolas doesn't just stand there and look good! He has a death-defying acrobatic moment all to himself....but that's about it.

Woohoo! Eowyn! - you go girl! Btw - Go Faramir/Eowyn! Finally, a fandom that I could conceive of - I could just imagine both of them in the infirmary - broken arm and nearly burnt to death - bonding over their mutual losses of loving and loved father figures. And Faramir is more into learning than fighting, seems like a nice-sensitive guy for daring romance-seeking Eowyn...

Yuck, well, I guess they had to show the spider and the finger scene. The producers really dragged out the spider scene, creeping really slowly just over Frodo - some girls (and maybe guys) couldn't take it and gave in to squealing in horror (myself included, lah) - it was very gross and scary (in a-giant-spider-attacks-you kinda way...)

Denethor reminded me of a deranged Christopher Lambert...

And the corrupting influence of the ring is emphasised even more in this movie...

-------------------------------------------------------
And better news! I heard from my friend that PotC dvds are out ^_^ except now I'm lusting over the RotK one instead. *sigh*

Wednesday, December 17

ok, that does it, I'm gonna shift all my stuff from Brinkster to Geocities - if the huge banner down the right of the page doesn't ruin the design enough, they gotta paste a horizontal one across the top of all my pages - and you can't close it, not even if you scroll horizontally *grrr* to the right! Bloody bloody hell. If I was in the right frame of mind, I could consider it a challenge to make a layout which fits the ads in - yet Geocities little square is one thing - those fricking huge banners are another. *whine whine*

found it yesterday, phew...seems like I have so much confidence in my colour-coding that I assume I colour-coded even when I didn't...*sigh*

looong day ahead of me. Having rummaged for the material, now face the task of rooting out the sources and typing them...

Bought Tsubasa 2 yesterday too! Really like the action scenes and the costumes. And yay! Syaoran finally grew legs! Am happy to find the little bookmark Chuang Yi included in the volume, looks like they are going all out to promote Tsubasa, huh?

Wah, Zhijia, you're right...that scene was really sad....he should have been expecting it, but I guess he was so excited at getting the feather and how he kept remembering the past made him forget temporarily....Tsubasa is like CCS with angst....

when all the GFs started popping out it reminded me of Rayearth...but then at the end the both creatures seem to be birdlike guardians, which IMHO puts the two companions at a slightly lower rung then Syaoran character-wise....hmm...also got the feeling this manga is gonna make a huge issue out of strength...

And Sakura is still so cute! Except now she is staring to look very chio also, which is a very weird feeling for me because I am used to her being cute...Mokona is very popular as well, heheh....wanna see more of Tomoyo as the Queen of Japan, she seems to be as "evil" as she was in CCS.

Still have yet to finish both Tsubasa and the Naruto Character book...too much reading liao....

Monday, December 15

Am pissed with myself because I can't find all the stuff I zapped for the SEA poets assignment....I have the reading lists in a diskette though, I just can't find the hard copies and the photocopies, grrr....hope it turns up...

Have finally finished the photocopying project, and neatly stacked the four mini-mountains at the bottom of my shelf. They would have looked awful cute as a coffee table, but the entrance to my cubicle is cramped as it is without me cluttering it more....

Dropped by Challenger after work to replenish my supply of CD-Rs, but dug in my heels and refused to buy them because each cost about 20 cents more than if I got them at Sim Lim. Have decided to find out how hardy my hard disk is by dumping all 40 plus episodes of Get Backers on it, hahaha~ Bought Vol 20 - am a bit disappointed with the art though...probably will not continue it....still have not yet read Fruits Basket 13, not in the Fruba mood, I guess

A very busy week this week:

- mid-week evening - me and the sister gonna upgrade her clothes
- 18TH - RotK, woohoo!
- 19TH - superior gonna come back, I highly anticipate a spike in work
- 20TH - secondary sch gathering - yay, everyone gets to see how much I have not changed...
- 21TH - Not much....Twenty-first!!! I haven't done the Christmas shopping yet!!! Arrgghhh!

Saturday, December 13

wow! another crazy long dream, again in bits and pieces

- a long thick trunk which somehow stuck to a big tree fell to the ground - which is pretty normal, except before it hit the ground, it changed into a man who somehow crossed the grass field and road to slump back into a tree truck, crushing the low wall of Temasek Primary School (Now it is Bedok Green if I am not wrong). And you could see the marks he left on the ground he crossed - although he walked like a man, they are signs of thick wood being dragged through the mud. The view is the same one from my old house's living room down. Just before this scene, I had hefted a thick branch for a guy who was making straight beams of wood to sell. I told him about the walking tree trunks but he was nonchalant and even talked to a friend who turned out to be a walking tree trunk! (Maybe subconsciously I do want to see Return of the King very much...)

- scary cheng tung which tasted sweet and had jelly and longans.

- was in some place that seems liked New York and Raffles City, and there was an evacuation announcement for some MRT station seemed to be unstable. There was a period of shaking and people crowed to see where the ground caved in. People were urged to leave their heavy belongings and carry just the necessities.

- Dreamt of my cousin and his daughter, except I have never met this neice, whose eyes were brown with deep blue irises in the middle. Remember thinking how she is the same age as the rest of my nephews and nieces but never got to spend time with them because she was not around to be introduced for some reason. They were clustered around a group of old men - and in the middle was a guy (whom I think looks a lot like my uncle) who could produce music, I think he was writing sheet music or playing some instrument.

Argh, it is disintegrating too fast for me to remember anymore...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------

Gonna go to the National Library today, and then pop by KKnM to collect my Naruto Calender, and then maybe to Subway for that sandwich which I have been fantasizing about, heheh. Got minorly spoiled for the more recent storyline of GetBackers. But it does seem more and more interesting...

Friday, December 12

Phew! needed a day or two to recover from the chalet madness.

This year was fun as well, especially Getbackers (whose fandom I am now quite irretrievably sucked into...) and Full Metal Panic 2. Chibi Ginji is TOO CUTE for words, no wonder that freaky Jackal guy often terrorizes him, heheh. There has to be a plushie somewhere! *sparkly eyes* And Sagara would be Heero Yuy if Gundam Wing was destined to be a comedy. Also saw the ending of Gundam Seed - how is it vague where Kira survived? Of course he did! Unless Asuran and Cagalli were so wrapped up in make lovey-dovey eyes at each other they totally by-passed the body of their friend floating haplessly in space, heheh. The final fight was suitably dramatic though. Needless to say, the GUndam Seed fanclub had a corner all to themselves for a while.

It was too crowded to attempt to sleep, so I didn't stay overnight, preferring a warm bath instead, and burrowing into my cool soft bed than to rough it out. A much larger turn out than expected but it seemed everyone was having fun. The steamboat was good, but what I really liked was the pizza-fest!

Spent a brain-numbing day yesterday photostating stuff, but it's finally done! Never in my years studying have I ever developed a hand cramp from too much photocopying....Now I just need to fill in the missing articles, then I can pack them up for a mini-coffeetable, heheh. Am having a little difficulty as I have to "refine" a project I had done before, and I don't have much of an idea what to do - there are some tentative stuff I could try, but am suspicious if it would be much help...

Saturday, December 6

Am happy the Pirates of the Caribbean dvd isn't out yet, hope they come out sometime in mid-Dec, but they are already available in the US, so it shouldn't be long. Have been having extreme PotC movie cravings but the dvd is bound to be expensive....have decided that Matt Damon will be a suitable alternative, heheh. *digs out The Bourne Identity vcds* Actually have not yet seen Good Will Hunting but my sis, consummate storyteller (i.e. she gets the plot right all the time) has completely and utterly spoilt me so...

The usually deserted walkway around CFA is a fav practising spot of the choir members - they would walk back and forth practising their vocals - which are really quite good. That why although I'm suffering from lack of sleep, I'm feelin' ok, cause even better than radio or winamp, I got the real thing right outside my window, heheh ^_^

I finally know what really ticks me off - looking forward the whole week to an anime and manga talk (by MDA, no less) only to have it ruined by a bunch of self-centered juvenile teenagers who whine more than half the event through, who measure their ignorant importance by how well they can concoct witty whiny and pointless insults to the speakers and audience members, proposing to kill/torture/maim either themselves or others in order to end their agony. I mean, well, if you hate the bloody thing so much, the door is just that-a-way! Go! Argghhhh!!! And they have the face to claim how other pathetic Singaporean anime fans disgrace other Singaporean fans - hello, splinter, meet log. Buncha losers. The organisers may have displayed occasions of ignorance or a difference of opinion, but at least they are trying and being so rude is like tossing that effort back in their faces.

Realised that frustration and anime events makes me high and it makes me write better - it's going to three in the a.m and I'm still pumped. How?

Friday, December 5

Gah! How come Quakers' raisin museli bars taste like sweet cereal and Uncle Toby's raisin museli bars taste like cherry antibiotics?! Yuck. Never mind, I'll just palm them off to my sis, maybe she'll like them, heheh. Waiting rather desperately for lunch to swing around though.

Thursday, December 4

Aaack! Today, while returning home, was inflicted with not one but two pairs of MRT Snuggling Couples (TM). One to the right and another at twelve o'clock. Was kicking myself for not having something on hand to read, and a bit jealous of the lady next to me who was happily immersed in her novel (even if it was in Chinese...) And no less than four other people were also preoccupied with various reading materials. Was a bit embarassed because the couple in front of me was joined from the feet, to the knees, to the hips, to the torsos. If he wasn't so tall, they'd be joined at the face too...though thinking back, I think they were, at one point. Hope I don't become an old maid, but I wasn't really jealous of the two Snuggling Couples. I doubt I could ever be so demonstrative in public.

Experienced a scarcity of research materials - spent almost the whole day in the library and got just enough to scrape together two pages of quotes. Actually the National Library (may I never look down on their collection again) has the really good stuff, primary sources and all - but by the time I finish getting access to them, the New Year would probably be come and gone liao...have emailed to weedle but still no response.

Yay! Got a clean bill of health from the HR department - was half expecting them to reprimand me for having low blood pressure and terminal lack of a sporty lifestyle...

ok ok, this time, I do remember what I dreamt - standing at a work site, watching 20-footer containers slide down chains to crash into concrete floor, being horrified as these containers became bloody huge rocks (round grey meatballs) that rained down on me. They crash millicentimetres away from my nose, there's noise and there's dust - it s miracle I'm not dead. Being in a car, directing a car - some relatives in them. Its storming and a girl takes refuge under a bent over Christmas tree - together with a buncha (mostly) cute hippies who have dinosaur cookies. Later the girl hides in a store with the someone she was looking for - hiding because all goes quiet outside (even the hippies) as the Four Horsemen (who are actually nine) pass by. ONe of them is a skeleton on top of a horse, says the textbook. Being in a Hello Kitty kinda market - where all the shops are plastic and bright. The market going haywire as cat goes beserk tyring to lay his paws on pumpkin seeds - no use tricking him, he just bashes the door, that not-so-little furball of terror. (Somehow, all the cats I dream about are intelligent little terrors, gleaming eyes and sparkling claws). Two women (me not included, though the viewpoint switches dizzily) try to find the runaway cat and see roasted dogs (they look like dog-shaped ducks...?) and at lot of eating of said dogs, which is disturbing enough, except these dogs are swallowed whole by other dogs (ewww!) Then a man wanting his baby back because after he dumped his wife and child for his floozy (I am assuming she is a floozy), he can't have kids. And I got to do the taunting summary to toss back in his face. Heh. Hooray, my mind is still okay.

Tuesday, December 2

Why the heck would I need radio when I work when I can hear the choir warbling downstairs? They do sound nice though, in a X'mas-y sorta way...it's starting to smell like Christmas don't you think? Must be all that rain...

Yet another melodramatic dream *sigh* - I did remember it when I woke up but have forgotten it all in the morning rush...

yay, another Bourne movie! More Matt Damon - wonder if he'll still be as blur this time round...and what are they going to do when they get to the third book?!

Monday, December 1

Nearly freaked out handling unexpected phone calls of all types today - oh well, swim or sink, I guess...

Succumbed to my Legolas fangirl symdrome and bought FIRST mag (What Aragorn cover?) - great images/posters inside - it I was more of a hardcore LotR fan, I would have fainted. As it is, I only drooled discretely while reading on the train. But skipped the articles cause I didn't want to be spoiled....kinda funny, having to wait seventeen days before reading a mag...

Have sorted through 4/5 of the pile of papers - and got my very first headache since work - it was so bad I had go explore the pantry to get rid of it...

omg! I spent eleven hours sleeping! 6pm to 5am! Am all refreshed now though, heheh...

Dreamt a....bitchy dream (yah, that's the word) - it was like a plot out of a teenage psycho soap opera, argh! But what freaked me out was how I lost a grasp on reality for a few minutes. Although I knew I was dreaming - even after coming out of the dream, I was still thinking like I was in the dream - until checking my email, etc, I realised that I didn't dislike certain people with every ounce of blood because "HELLO!~ It was a DREAM, girl! Those things never happened and those people don't exist!" Hmm, kinda expected since I slept and dreamt so long maybe certain linkages shifted while I wasn't paying attention...

yay, got the AnimaXtion 'symposium' to look forward to this Friday- and it starts at 6pm! Maybe I won't be late after all...then go in for a day's work on Monday and on leave for my club's chalet the next two days ^_^ Let's just hope I don't screw up anywhere before that...
